What does "EPA Lead-Safe Certified" actually mean?
It means we're trained and certified to follow the EPA's lead-safe work practices — proper containment, removal, and cleanup — that are legally required when disturbing lead paint in older homes. It's the difference between safe remediation and spreading lead dust through your home.
Do I have to remove all the lead paint in my house?
Not necessarily. Intact, undisturbed lead paint can sometimes be managed in place; the hazard is deteriorating paint and any paint disturbed by work, water, or fire. We'll assess and recommend the right approach honestly.
