You’re not alone in this

Here’s how we handle water damage.

Water damage gets worse by the hour. The faster the water comes out and the drying starts, the less of your home you lose — and the cleaner your insurance claim is. We bring truck-mounted extraction, commercial air movers, and moisture meters, and we don't leave until the structure reads dry, not just looks dry.

“What about my insurance?”

For a covered loss, your insurance pays for the work — and we manage the entire claim for you. We document the damage, file the paperwork, and meet your adjuster. You don’t fight that battle alone.

“Who am I letting in my home?”

A named, local family — not a rotating crew off a national dispatch. Three generations, family-owned for 40+ years, and a real person on the phone. We’ll see you at the grocery store next week.

Straight answers

Water Damage Restoration — common questions

Does homeowners insurance cover water damage?

Most sudden, accidental water losses — a burst pipe, a failed appliance, a storm-driven leak — are covered. Gradual leaks you knew about generally are not. We document the loss properly and handle the claim paperwork for you, which is exactly what gets a covered claim approved without a fight.

How fast do I need to act?

Within hours. Drywall wicks water upward, flooring warps, and mold can begin in 24–48 hours. That's why we answer in person 24/7 and aim to be on-site in under 60 minutes — the first day is the one that decides how much you keep.

Will you have to tear out my whole floor or walls?

Only what can't be dried and saved. We use moisture meters to make that call with data, not guesswork — drying in place wherever it's safe, removing only what has to go. Then the same family rebuilds what we removed.

Do you handle the insurance company?

Yes — start to finish. We photograph and document the loss, take moisture readings, write the scope, file and manage the paperwork, and meet your adjuster on-site. You focus on your family; we focus on the claim.
